2. Scope of What We Sell

We sell industrial-grade equipment including shipping containers, refrigerated containers, flat racks, open-top containers, insulated containers, storage units, trailers, chassis, steel cabins, and related accessories.

These products are heavy-duty assets, and buyers should expect industrial characteristics including freight delivery, handling marks, condition grading, and varying cosmetic appearance.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Order Confirmation

Quotes

Quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote. Freight and equipment pricing may change due to fuel costs, carrier availability, and market conditions.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Freight charges may be listed separately unless otherwise stated
  • Applicable taxes are calculated based on delivery location

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when payment has been received and cleared and delivery or pickup details have been verified.

4. Product Condition & Variations

Used containers may show cosmetic wear including scratches, dents, patches, surface rust, and signs of previous service.

Photos displayed on the website may be representative images unless specifically listed as exact unit photos.

Container condition may vary within the same grade classification.

5. Payment Terms & Verification

Due to the high value of freight equipment, we may request identity verification, delivery confirmation, or additional information before processing orders.

We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders if:

  • Payment appears unauthorized or high-risk
  • Verification cannot be completed
  • Delivery information is incomplete or inconsistent

6. Shipping, Delivery & Depot Pickup

Shipping and freight delivery are handled through freight carriers and may require appointment scheduling.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery site accessibility
  • Providing adequate offloading equipment if required
  • Confirming local permits or restrictions
  • Preparing safe delivery conditions

Additional re-delivery, waiting time, or storage fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed.

For depot pickups, customers are responsible for proper scheduling, transportation, and load securement.

7. Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting

Customers must inspect products upon delivery or pickup before signing delivery paperwork.

  • Visible damage must be noted on the carrier paperwork
  • Photos should be taken immediately
  • Severely damaged shipments should be refused and reported immediately

Signing delivery paperwork without notation may indicate acceptance of the shipment in satisfactory condition.

8. Shipping Delays

While we work to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier scheduling, route restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If significant delays occur, customers will be notified and provided with available options.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Heavy freight equipment cannot be returned like standard parcel shipments.

Return eligibility depends on timing, product condition, usage, relocation, and whether modifications have been made.

Orders canceled before dispatch may qualify for a refund minus applicable administrative or processing fees.

Once freight has been dispatched or scheduled, cancellation fees may apply.

10. Warranty & Disclaimer

Warranty coverage is governed by our Warranty Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, products are sold according to their listed condition and description.

We do not guarantee compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, or conversion requirements unless specifically agreed in writing.

11. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers according to delivery, pickup, and acceptance conditions.

Customers are responsible for properly inspecting shipments upon delivery.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly regarding any billing or service concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Filing unnecessary chargebacks may delay support, fulfillment, and order resolution.
