We currently accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, and Bank Wire Transfer. For high-value equipment purchases, Bank Wire Transfer is our primary accepted payment method. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery, personal checks, or money orders.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment systems. Your payment information is encrypted during transmission and we never store full card or banking details on our servers. When you place an order, payment must be received and cleared before your order is confirmed and freight is scheduled.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is received and verified, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and invoice details. An order is considered confirmed only after payment has cleared and delivery details have been verified.
Invoices and Receipts
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your invoice and payment details. You can contact us directly at Sales@platinumportcontainers.com to request copies of invoices or receipts.
Refunds and Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Orders that have not been dispatched or freight-scheduled can usually be canceled. Orders canceled after freight has been scheduled or dispatched may incur carrier or logistics charges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval. Please see our Return and Refunds Policy for full details.

We take payment security seriously. Our systems use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. If we detect suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity, we may temporarily suspend the transaction and contact you to confirm the order.
Fraud Prevention
Due to the high value of our products, we may request identity verification, delivery confirmation, or additional documentation before processing orders. We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders if payment appears unauthorized or if verification cannot be completed.
