Platinum Port Containers currently ships within the United States only unless alternative arrangements are approved in advance.

Shipment scheduling begins only after processing has been completed. Processing times may vary depending on inventory levels, equipment type, and customization requirements.

- Commercial and residential deliveries are available where freight access is possible
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii require prior approval and may involve additional shipping costs

How depot pickup works:
- Your order is delivered to a designated freight terminal
- The terminal notifies you once the shipment arrives
- You arrange pickup using your own transportation

Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is ready for transport, the freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment.
- Appointments are generally scheduled during weekday business hours

Delivery Terms & Responsibilities
Standard Curbside Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are made curbside only.
- The driver will unload the equipment at ground level
- Moving or positioning the equipment beyond curbside is the customer’s responsibility
Liftgate & Specialized Equipment
Liftgate service may be available for an additional fee where applicable.
Forklifts, cranes, or other specialized unloading equipment are not included unless arranged before shipment.
Customers should provide accurate information regarding driveway access, overhead clearance, and ground conditions to help prevent delays or extra charges.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines vary based on shipping distance, carrier schedules, and freight routing.
- Regional deliveries typically arrive within several business days after processing
- Cross-country shipments may require up to 1 week
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change depending on freight conditions.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting all equipment before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- Any visible damage should be documented on the delivery paperwork
- Photos are strongly recommended
- If severe damage is present, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately
Claims for visible damage reported after acceptance without notation may be limited by carrier policies.
